GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in all tours is without exception at your own risk! Guides cannot accept any liability for damages of any kind.
Up to 14 days before the service: free cancellation. 14 – 3 days before the service: 50% of the agreed tour fee. Less than 3 days before performance or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed remuneration.
In case of agreed additional expenses due to the customer’s request for modification or adaptation of standard tours, extended deadlines apply: Up to 30 days before the service: free cancellation. 30 – 15 days before the service: 50 % of the agreed tour fee. Less than 15 days before the service or in case of no-show: 100 % of the agreed fee.
Cash after performance or within 14 days after invoicing. In the event of default in payment, the customary bank interest on arrears shall be charged.
In case the customer is late, the guide undertakes to wait for the client for 1 hour at the agreed meeting point. The customer in turn undertakes to wait 15 minutes for the guide.
In the event of unavoidable unavailability, the guide is obligated to find an authorized substitute of equal professional level.
Please do not use recording devices, the tours are protected by competition law.
