The history of Vienna, transportation and trade, river regulation, architecture, diseases and the fight against them, the supply of drinking water to the inhabitants and the current fight against the heating of the city through environmental and climate protection are all linked to water.
The aim is to recognize the essential importance of water and the need to protect this precious source of life in the context of climate change, thanks to the implementation of appropriate sustainable measures.
