Neighborhood / multigenerational projects
On the walk, we are looking for answers to the question of how a large housing estate built in the 1970s can be adapted to current housing needs. These adaptations are taking place, for example, in the areas of neighborhood and mobility. On this tour, we will explore together to what extent these developments can be seen as an innovation laboratory for other housing estates.
Anyone who joins us behind the concrete façade of the Olof-Palme Hof will be immediately impressed by the greenery that has been growing for decades. 7000 residents are delighted to have 36m2 of green space per person at their disposal. Today, this green space also offers a variety of uses, such as community gardens and intergenerational interaction.
