General Terms and Conditions

LIABILITY

Participation in all guided tours is at your own risk without exception! Guides cannot accept any liability for damages of any kind.

CANCELLATION

Up to 14 days before the service: cancellation free of charge. 14 – 3 days before the service: 50% of the agreed tour fee. Less than 3 days before the service or in the event of no-show: 100% of the agreed fee.

PAYMENT MODALITIES

Cash after performance of the service or within 14 days of invoicing. In the event of late payment, the usual bank default interest shall be charged.

WAITING TIMES

If the customer is late, the guide undertakes to wait 1 hour for the customer at the agreed meeting point. The customer undertakes to wait 15 minutes for the guide.

PREVENTIONS

In the event of unavoidable unavailability, the tour guide is obliged to provide a professionally equivalent authorized replacement.

OTHER

Please do not use any recording devices, the guided tours are protected by competition law.
