Harry Glück’s aim was to build a monument to happiness for the next 100 years. His principles, which became architecture in stone according to the motto “That’s the way people are”, were: an unobstructed view, plenty of air, living with nature and proximity to water.

The Alt-Erlaa residential park is the translation of this utopia into reality, just as the Liesingsbach stream flowing along the edge of the complex is a symbol of the resilience of nature and the potential realization of crazy dreams.
